Basketball open gyms are officially back once again, and this is a truly important oppurtunity for winter athletes. These sessions offer a schedule that keeps players in shape during the off seasons. Keeping your body engaged and ready to go can prevent injury when entering a season.
"After going 8-13 last year it really motivated the players to get better and improve their skills during the off-season. We have the pieces this time, we just have to put everything together when it gets to game time. The team is intelligent so hopefully we can swing the ball and get some easy, but deserved, points." -Christian Barile
The team this year is very well put together, and well worth supporting. They have the drive, motivation, and overall skill to do something really great this upcoming year. They're worth coming to check out even in their off-season, especially for free. Practice, shoot around, and check out our schools best, the varsity players:
Josh Spruill
Tylieb Bullok
Christian Barile
Ben Goldberg
Aaron Curran
Pierce Gothard
Matt Domski
Caiden Hodar
Zion Spruill
All in all, just come check it out. With no entry cost there's only benefits to attending even one or two. This is something offered for the students that should be taken advantage of. Everyone there is there to grow and develop their skills, and that's a really good thing. So if you're interested stop by and try it out.

"I am excited about the upcoming season, we had a good turnout in the off-season between tournaments and Summer League.
Its always difficult taking over a new program with uncertainty and change, but I think the boys adapted well, and we are all excited to get this season started."
