FBLA Regional Leadership Conference

The PA FBLA Region 21 Leadership Conference was held at Palmerton High School on Thursday, January 4. There, the voting and electing of regional officers took place, as well as announcement of all the qualifiers in each category for the State Leadership Conference.

Jonathan Duffy ran for the position of Region 21 president and after a very impressive impromptu, anecdotal speech about his experience with FBLA in the year prior, was announced victor and president! The PA FBLA State Leadership Conference is to be hosted at Hershey. Those from Jim Thorpe attending will leave the morning of Sunday, April 7th and arrive back the morning of Wednesday, April 10th.

At the Regional Leadership Conference, Jim Thorpe was the only school to announce the commencement of new chapters: The LB Morris middle school and Penn Kidder middle school.
